Room of Medals

The Museum collection of medals is a coherent and precious repertory of over 1,300 medals, medallions and badges. The Room features a selection of over 500 most valuable items commemorating – in chronological order – events of utmost importance for both Warsaw and Poland, as well as well-deserved people and institutions. They document the history of Warsaw medal-engraving industry and curious variety of its produce.
