Personal data processing information
According to article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the European Parliament Regulation and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 in the matter of protection individuals with regarding to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /WE (general regulation on data protection – RODO), we inform that:
a) The administrator of Your personal data is the Museum of Warsaw with its registered office in Warsaw at Rynek Starego Miasta 42 (00-272 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the President of the capital city of Warsaw under the number RIK/ 8/2000/SPW, REGON 016387044, NIP 5251290392;

c) Your personal data will be processed in order to:
– implementation Museum statutory tasks,
– employment in the Museum, providing services based on civil law contracts, implementation of public procurement,
– invoice issue, accounts and financial reporting,
– small everyday activities,
– keeping records resulting from legal provisions.

d) The receiver of Your personal data will be entities authorized to process data based on an agreement for the above mention purpose data and the entity authorized by law.
e) Your personal data will not be transferred to the third country/international organization.
f) Your personal data will be processed until cancellation of consent, end of the cooperation, or on the basis of archiving regulations
g) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the basis of processing is compatible), which was made on the basis and consent before withdrawal.
h) You have the right to filling a complain to the supervisory, if You consider that the processing of Your personal data violates the general regulation on the protection of personal data or national laws.
i) Providing by You of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the above mention.
j) Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including form of profiling.
