Invaluable mural paintings

The below gallery features photographs from one extraordinary room inside MoW’s primary Old Town location. The murals shown have been carefully moved from the former headquarters of the legendary publishing house “Iskry” at 11 Smolna Street.

Among authors of the drawings are iconic Polish illustrators and graphic artists, including Janusz Stanny, Janusz Grabiański, Anna Gosławska-Lipińska (Ha-Ga), Szymon Kobyliński, Mirosław Pokora and Jan Młodożeniec. The murals will be part of MoW’s permanent exhibition.
